Retention periods. Customer account: until it is deleted, or 3 years after your last activity. Orders and invoices: 10 years, as required by law. Contact requests: 3 years. Cookies: 13 months maximum.

Security. The website can only be accessed over https. Your passwords are encrypted before being stored, and our databases are backed up every day.
